Terms and Conditions of Sale – Daily-stylemood
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Daily-stylemood (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") making a purchase on the dailystymood.com website.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are non-contractual. The Seller reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.
Article 3 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 4 – Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the Client. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of insufficient stock or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments, a secure platform. The debit is made at the time of order validation.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are shipped according to the terms described in our Shipping Policy. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to a force majeure event.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
To exercise this right, the Client must notify their decision by email to dailystylemood.pro@gmail.com.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, unless otherwise stated.
Article 8 – Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted according to the conditions defined in our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the return, via the original payment method.
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
The Client benefits from the following legal guarantees:
- Conformity guarantee (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code): 2 years
- Guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
Article 10 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Data collected during the order process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
Article 12 – Disputes and Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the Client may resort to consumer mediation via the European platform:
